Prince Morinaga (1308–1335), also read Moriyoshi, was a son of Emperor Go-Daigo who played an active military role in the campaigns against the Kamakura shogunate. Appointed Seii Taishogun by his father, he later fell out of favor and was imprisoned at Kamakura, where he was killed during Ashikaga Tadayoshi's retreat from the city. He is enshrined at Kamakuragū (Kamakura Shrine) in Kamakura.
