Nawa Nagatoshi (d.1336) was a maritime merchant and warrior of Hoki Province (Tottori) who sheltered Emperor Go-Daigo when he escaped from his exile on Oki Island in 1333, playing a crucial role in the Kenmu Restoration. He died fighting for the Southern Court in the Battle of Minatogawa (1336). He is enshrined at Nawa Jinja in Tottori Prefecture.
