Kikuchi Takemitsu (d.1373) was the powerful head of the Kikuchi clan of Higo Province (Kumamoto) who allied with Prince Kanenaga to fight for the Southern Court in Kyushu. His victories at Ōkawabaru and Chikugo River secured Southern Court control of much of Kyushu. Enshrined in Kumamoto.
